Integrity Real Estate Investment Advocate, LLC is an independent, owner-operated brokerage at 511 Creekshire Circle, Canton, Georgia 30113. We serve families buying their first home, longtime owners moving on, and investors building rental income in one of the fastest-growing corridors in the Southeast.
Our story
Loree Tengzelius spent her early career inside a large national franchise, where the measure of a good month was volume. After the 2008 downturn reshaped Cherokee County — and she watched neighbors sign paperwork they never fully understood — she decided the model was backwards.
Integrity Real Estate Investment Advocate, LLC opened with a deliberately capped client list and a rule that every recommendation must be defensible with data the client can see. That rule has not changed. Today the firm handles residential sales, luxury listings, relocation and investment acquisitions across Cherokee, Cobb, Pickens and Bartow counties.
We remain independent by choice. It lets us set our own marketing standards, choose our own vendors, and give every client the time a seven-figure decision deserves.

Loree Tengzelius
Founder, Principal Broker & Chief Executive Officer
Loree began her real estate career in 2004 after several years in commercial lending — a background that still shapes how she reads a deal. Where many agents start with the house, she starts with the financing, the appraisal risk and the exit.
She has personally closed transactions across every price band in Cherokee County, from starter homes near downtown Canton to lakefront estates. Her sellers average twelve days on market; her buyers routinely win multiple-offer situations without overpaying, because she structures terms rather than simply raising price.
As CEO she keeps the firm intentionally small, mentors the agents she brings on, and reviews every marketing plan the office publishes. She holds a Georgia principal broker license, maintains certifications in negotiation and pricing strategy, and completes continuing education well beyond state requirements.
Outside the office, Loree is an active supporter of Cherokee County housing and literacy initiatives, sponsors youth sports in Canton, and can usually be found somewhere along the Etowah River on a Saturday morning.

James Shaw
Director, Investment & Short-Term Rental Strategy
James leads the firm's investment practice, guiding clients who buy North Georgia property to earn rather than to live in. He came to real estate from asset management, and he still underwrites every acquisition the same way — rent roll, rehab budget, vacancy assumption and exit, before anyone falls in love with a floor plan.
He built and now oversees the firm's short-term rental division, managing furnished Airbnb, Vrbo and direct-booking portfolios across Canton, Woodstock, Blue Ridge and the north Atlanta corridor. His owners get dynamic nightly pricing, professional listing photography, disciplined turnover scheduling and monthly revenue reporting they can actually read.
James also handles 1031 exchange timelines, small multifamily acquisitions and portfolio disposition for long-term clients, and he keeps a working knowledge of every short-term rental ordinance in the counties we serve — because the fastest way to lose a year of income is to buy in a city that just banned nightly stays.
Outside the office he restores older homes, coaches youth soccer in Cherokee County, and is a reliable source of opinions about which lake road is actually the fastest.
